The JobKeeper Nomination notice for eligible business participants – excluding sole traders to be completed prior to enrolling for the JobKeeper Payment.

JOBKEEPER PAYMENT – NOMINATION NOTICE OF ELIGIBLE BUSINESS PARTICIPANTS (excluding sole traders)

REQUIRED STEPS TO APPLY FOR JOBKEEPER FOR ELIGIBLE BUSINESS PARTICIPANTS

  1. As a director or a shareholder of a company, a partner in a partnership, or an adult beneficiary of a trust, consider whether you will nominate as a eligible business participant and check you meet the eligibility criteria.

  1. Enrol for the JobKeeper payment through the ATOs Business Portal, or via the ATO’s online services using myGov if you are a sole trader.
  2. Download and complete the following form;

The notice does not need to be submitted to the Australian Taxation Office, however you should keep a record for a minimum of five years to support your claim.

 

Please note a different nomination process is required if you intend to claim the JobKeeper payments as a sole trader.  Please refer to the ATO or our website for further information.
